Amidst the fertile plains of Angat, Bulacan, a small rest house for a retiring couple from the diaspora settles itself on a 1,200 sqm agricultural plot planted with fruit trees. Called "the farm" by family members taking care of the construction, this abode aims to provide a carefree life surrounded by the sound of roosters, the sights of swaying trees, and the smells of the local pig being roasted. With its single bedroom program and a multi-useloft, life is meant to be lived with neighbors and family coming in to relish the outdoors from one's porch - as is the idyllic provincial scene in the Philippines, especially now after retirement, where true rest must reign.
Construction is set to be completed in March 2026.
